About the position

The Director of Technical and Compliance Training is responsible for shaping and overseeing the organization's training programs to ensure they align with Empower Pharmacy's mission and goals. This role involves driving the design, delivery, and management of technical, quality, and compliance training initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence across all departments. The Director collaborates with senior leaders to assess training needs and supports the organization's growth by implementing effective training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic direction and oversight of enterprise-wide technical and compliance training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Cultivates a culture of excellence to maintain high-quality, effective training across all departments.
• Oversees the planning, design, and execution of technical, quality, and compliance training initiatives to support organizational growth.
• Collaborates with senior leaders in various departments to identify and meet training needs.
• Assesses business unit requirements, supports operational training roles, and develops annual training plans while providing recommendations for improvement based on audit evaluations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technical, compliance, skills or workforce training required.
• Proven success in managing technical and compliance training programs, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience leading teams in Human Resources or similar environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of collaborating with key stakeholders to design and deliver customized training programs in regulated or audit-driven industries.
• Excellent leadership abilities, motivating distributed teams to achieve results under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
