About the position

The Director of Technical Program Management at GlobalFoundries is responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing internal technical programs from initiation through completion. This role involves leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of products, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet market needs and trends.

Responsibilities

• Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products/program.
• Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
• Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases.
• Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
• May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product/program gaps, defining product requirements, and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends.
• Performs all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supports all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
• Works and collaborates on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Education: >10 years after Master in Engineering or >12 years after Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the Semiconductor manufacturing Industry.
• Fluency in English Language - written & verbal.
• Project management skills, including the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning & organizational skills.
