About The Position
The Building Performance Technical Services Director (TSD) is responsible for managing high-standard building performance and operational services across a portfolio of over 200 buildings. This role involves overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, FLS, BMS, and 24/7 Operations Center services to ensure consistent, seamless, and efficient standards are met. The TSD will lead a team of five to seven direct reports and play a crucial role in maintaining high-performance standards while supporting clients' sustainability goals and ensuring occupant satisfaction.
