About the position

The Director of Total Rewards at Capital Health is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of the organization's compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs. This role ensures that these practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the company, contributing to the overall mission of providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
  • Ensure compensation and benefit practices are competitive and equitable.
  • Formulate employee benefit programs and wage structures aligned with strategic goals.
  • Oversee Total Reward programs to manage costs and attract qualified employees.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations including ERISA, FLSA, and HIPAA.
  • Develop annual fringe benefit and salary increase budgets.
  • Coordinate activities across functional and divisional lines to limit organizational exposure.
  • Plan and execute communication strategies to enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in benefits and compensation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Project management skills.
