About the position
The Director of UI/UX at GoToFoods is a strategic leadership role focused on shaping impactful omni-channel experiences. Responsibilities
- Drive short and long-term strategies for user experience that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process for new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with product management, customer insights, engineering, and brand teams to iterate on product designs.
- Define and execute user experience strategies for web, mobile, and in-store environments.
- Design and lead UX processes, roadmaps, and engagement initiatives that prioritize user satisfaction.
- Review and approve all UX designs to ensure alignment with feature design, brand identity, accessibility, and usability standards.
