About the position

The Director, HCP Pan Tumor Strategy (Digital Customer Experience) - US Oncology is responsible for leading the marketing strategy for healthcare professional (HCP) customers across a portfolio of oncology products. This role involves developing and executing the US commercial strategy, focusing on enhancing customer experience through digital assets and interactive resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, digital acumen, and the ability to collaborate across various teams to ensure successful product launches and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve the customer experience across key digital assets, including websites and digital field sales resources.
  • Create a strategic approach for a complex oncology portfolio to optimize customer experience.
  • Lead strategy development and execution across multi-functional teams, influencing key stakeholders.
  • Manage agile working teams across multiple oncology products.
  • Monitor digital analytics to support an omnichannel customer experience.
  • Understand the HCP marketing landscape in oncology and create impactful campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across US and global business to ensure alignment and synergies.
  • Support cross-indication and cross-brand customer-facing teams in strategy development at each product lifecycle stage.
  • Utilize strong digital acumen to deliver a portfolio marketing approach across various customer segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of HCP Marketing experience, preferably in oncology.
  • At least 3 years of experience developing digital marketing assets, including websites and interactive resources.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment across a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in leading brand strategy and implementation across multiple indications/brands.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • 4+ years of Oncology Marketing experience, ideally with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
  • Product/Indication launch experience, preferably in oncology.
