Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of World-Wide Sales Enablement, focusing on Onboarding, Skills, Process, and Tools. This pivotal role is designed as a hybrid position, requiring an average of 2-3 days per week in an HPE office. The Director will lead sales enablement initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team through comprehensive onboarding programs, sales skills training, and the development of processes and tools. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales enablement, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to drive measurable improvements in sales performance aligned with HPE's strategic goals. In this role, the Director will partner with internal stakeholders to create strategic training programs that meet the learning objectives of the sales team. Responsibilities include identifying training requirements, planning and developing training programs, and ensuring the quality of design and development of training materials. The Director will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, facilitating the identification and implementation of solutions to enhance sales performance. The Director will manage a large function within the organization, developing strategy and setting policy direction. This includes accountability for operational success, strategic alignment, and integration of activities with other major organizational functions. The role requires a strong business acumen and the ability to act as a key advisor to executive management, influencing the strategic direction of the business. The Director will lead programs related to sales training across various regions, actively partnering with senior leadership to drive initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
