As a Program Analyst supporting a Satellite Program Office Chief-of-Staff (CoS), you will provide direct support to a government customer in the execution of their duties and responsibilities. This role involves assisting the CoS in managing their Director's Action Group (DAG) responsibilities, preparing the Weekly Activity Report (WAR), and preparing for Program Management Reviews (PMRs). You will work in an interactive team environment with government customer leads, satellite developers, and other subject matter experts to ensure the smooth operation of the program office. Key duties include managing the Program Office Director's Action Group (DAG) and actions assigned to the Program Office using the Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) action tracking system. You will gather information, draft, coordinate, and submit action responses as appropriate, while also evaluating previous action responses for similar requests to minimize the impact on the organization. Additionally, you will assign TIER actions and monitor progress for those actions requiring subject matter expert support, proofread action responses, and coordinate as necessary. You will also maintain the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for DAG support and provide support for CoS activities, including planning and execution of PMRs, production and staffing of the Weekly Activity Report (WAR), and maintaining the New Employee Handbook. Your role will involve managing briefings for Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR) and PMRs to ensure appropriate coordination and messaging, as well as scheduling, coordinating, and providing logistical support for PMR and QPR presentations/briefings for the Program Director. In addition, you will develop briefings, slick sheets, point papers, and other work products to ensure consistent messaging for the Program Director. You will facilitate IT requests for the program office, oversee program members' access to various software programs and databases, and manage the creation, production, and distribution of program office memorabilia.
