Responsibilities

  • Protect company assets by managing bank deposits, inventory control, and investigating discrepancies.
  • Manage employee schedules, assign duties, and ensure accurate payroll submissions.
  • Maintain store safety and cleanliness, reporting deficiencies to maintenance promptly.
  • Hold monthly meetings with employees to discuss policies and store performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on customer feedback.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in convenience store or retail management.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Intensive knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work an irregular schedule, including 50+ hours per week.
