Disc Jockey (DJ)

About the position

We are seeking a talented and energetic Disc Jockey to join our team. As a Disc Jockey, you will be responsible for providing exceptional entertainment and music services to our clients. If you have a passion for music, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a lively atmosphere, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform as a Disc Jockey at the club
• Create playlists and select appropriate music based on the event and client preferences
• Set up and operate DJ equipment, including sound systems, microphones, and lighting
• Interact with guests and take song requests to ensure an engaging experience
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout the event
• Ensure smooth transitions between songs and maintain a seamless flow of music throughout the event
• Make announcements or engage in public speaking as needed during the event

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Disc Jockey is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences
• Knowledge of various music genres and the ability to create playlists that cater to different tastes
• Familiarity with DJ equipment and software is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and set up sound systems as needed
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Benefits

• Base pay starting at $15.00 per hour
