About The Position

The Discipleship Pastor at Valley Ranch Baptist Church will lead the adult discipleship ministries, partnering with the Senior Pastor and other staff to foster spiritual growth among attendees. This full-time role focuses on developing strategies for discipleship, particularly through the Adult Grow Group ministry and engagement with young adults, while also contributing to the preaching team.

Requirements

• 1 year of pastoral experience (preferred).

• Serve as a member of the preaching team.
