Responsibilities

• Cleaning and washing dishes, cutting boards, glassware, and silverware.
• Maintaining clean glass racks and ensuring their proper storage.
• Removing garbage and cleaning containers and floors as directed by the Chef.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Chef.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.
• Must be able to obtain Oklahoma Racing License.
