About the position
The Dishwasher position at Historic Salem is a part-time role focused on supporting the Front of House Non-Service Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for the menu offerings, and a commitment to guest service. This role involves preparing recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high-quality food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
- Stocks and prepares stations for service.
- Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
- Accommodates guest-specific requests and modifications.
- Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
- Achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50+ lbs.
