About the position

The Dishwasher Attendant position at MTC involves supporting the cafeteria operations by ensuring cleanliness and organization in the food service area. The role includes replenishing supplies, preparing beverages, serving meals, and maintaining sanitation standards. Responsibilities

• Replenish napkin dispensers, plate racks, silverware racks, salt and pepper shakers, and condiments.
• Make coffee, tea, and other beverages.
• Set up cafeteria lines and serve meals on the line.
• Assist in the storage and inventory of supplies.
• Transfer food ingredients from storage area to cooking area.
• Clean food service area, tables, and kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Keep serving counter stocked with salad, desserts, and other foods.
• Perform clean-up and sanitation duties by washing dishes/utensils and storing them in an orderly fashion.
• Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the service area, including refrigerators, floors, and food carts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months experience as a food handler.
• Current ServSafe (Food Handler) Certification.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, push, and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record.
