About the position
The Dishwasher/Busser position at Corky's Ribs and BBQ involves maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes and assisting with various kitchen tasks. This role is essential for ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes using commercial dishwashers and by hand when necessary.
- Unload cutlery and dishes brought to the kitchen by Bussers.
- Load and organize dishes into trays for the washer.
- Assist with prep work as needed.
- Take garbage and trash to the dumpster area.
- Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors.
- Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine.
Requirements
- Experience in bussing or dishwashing is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
