We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are removed efficiently.
• Help set up and break down dining areas for service, including arranging tables and chairs as needed.
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively.
• Willingness to assist in various tasks within the kitchen or dining area as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
