About the position

In the role of Dishwasher/Busser at Allure Bar and Lounge, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment, directly contributing to guest satisfaction. Your core responsibilities will include cleaning dishes, bussing tables, and supporting food service operations. With a focus on hospitality and attention to detail, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons while ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit excellent guest service skills.
• Work effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Ensure cleanliness of the bar, lounge, and restrooms.
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables before and after guests dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work station at all times.
• Maintain supply closet inventory levels.
• Frequently monitor bar & lounge for sight, sound, and environment concerns as required.
• Assist with crowd control and seating of guests.
• Assist with kitchen area cleaning duties and trash removal, as required.
• Ensure alcohol is only consumed in designated areas.
• Maintain a general knowledge of company policies, menu, and bar selections.
• Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Follow instructions on safe use of all chemicals/cleaning materials.
• Perform all additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts.

Requirements

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food or alcohol service licenses or certifications, including T.I.P.S. certification.
• Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending and traversing on a frequent basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet (or deposit into dumpster or trash compactor).
• Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time.
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs.
