Responsibilities
- Wash dishes using commercial dishwashers and by hand as needed.
- Unload cutlery and dishes brought to the kitchen by Bussers.
- Load and organize dishes into trays for the washer.
- Assist with prep work as required.
- Take garbage and trash to the dumpster area.
- Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls, and floors.
- Assemble, maintain, and break down the dish machine.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience in dishwashing or bussing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
