Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Clean and maintain other kitchen equipment as needed
- Polish chocolate molds and ensure they are ready for use
- Vacuum and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas
- Stock and put away ingredients and supplies
- Carry and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed
- Maintain organization of storage areas
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the chocolatier
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must speak fluent English
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks to support the chocolatier
