Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and utensils used in food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure that necessary equipment and supplies are available for food service.
• Follow infection control precautions during daily tasks.
• Perform regular inspections of food service areas for sanitation and order.
• Assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations if necessary.
