About the position

BB.Q Chicken Riverside is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and assisting kitchen staff with various tasks. Training will be provided, and the position is available for both part-time and full-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen utensils.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations by following sanitation standards.
• Assisting with stocking and organizing dishware, cookware, and other kitchen supplies.
• Supporting cooks and kitchen staff with basic tasks, such as preparing ingredients or unloading deliveries.
• Following food handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible and trustworthy.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the food industry is preferred but not needed.
