The Dishwasher position at Unidine involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role is essential to the culinary team, contributing to a fun work atmosphere and providing support to enhance the dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
• Polishes silver using various equipment and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
• Keeps the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain sanitation standards.
• Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and cleans garbage cans as needed.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Helps load and unload supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
