Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Assist in food preparation procedures as needed.
• Set up, use, and maintain the mechanical dishwasher during the shift.
• Keep the food line stocked with clean plates.
• Perform multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including work areas and restrooms.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to move from place to place in the kitchen as necessary.
