The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player with strong time management skills, capable of handling various responsibilities throughout their shift.
Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware to ensure availability of clean items.
- Preparing dining areas and kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking.
- Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers and mixers.
- Unloading and storing deliveries.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, especially after spills or breakages.
- Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
- Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with various tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to stand or walk for long shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
