Responsibilities
- Rinse and scrape all used dishware and cookware.
- Load and unload the dishwashing machine; wash large items by hand.
- Adhere to all hygiene, cleanliness, and safety requirements.
- Remove garbage promptly.
- Clean and sanitize sinks and other kitchen areas.
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment properly.
Requirements
- 6 months of restaurant experience as a dishwasher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
Nice-to-haves
- GED or High School Diploma preferred.
