The Dishwasher position at Morton's in Saratoga Springs is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware, and other kitchen items.
• Maintain standards of cleanliness and adhere to Department of Health regulations.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitary condition of all kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of floors, mats, and related kitchen areas.
• Responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment based on predetermined levels.
• Assist with other kitchen/utility personnel as needed.
• Promote outstanding customer relations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning, and sanitation preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
• Reliability and punctuality.
