- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure proper maintenance and use of dishwashing equipment and tools.
- Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items, following OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to count and perform basic math.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and co-workers.
