• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine and department sink.
• Ensure an adequate supply of service ware regardless of business volume.
• Clean, sanitize, and store all items in their proper places.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene according to Tumbleweed guidelines.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform all side work as required.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
