About the position
The Dishwasher at Jaggers plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen environment. This position involves operating dishwashing equipment, ensuring proper sanitation practices, and supporting the kitchen team to deliver fresh, scratch-made food in a fun and collaborative atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Operating the dish machine
- Supervising proper rinse and wash temperatures
- Changing water, storing, and using dish chemicals properly
- Setting up and organizing the dish racks
- Removing trash
- Maintaining proper safety and sanitation practices
- Exhibiting teamwork
Requirements
- Ability to work well with others
- Knowledge of sanitation guidelines
- Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus
