Requirements

Responsibilities

• Set up dishwashing and pot sink area for service.
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans during service and return them to storage.
• Maintain a weekly cleaning schedule.
• Dispose of trash, boxes, cans, and bottles in their proper receptacles.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor, walk-in refrigerators, and tile area in the dining room.
• Wash floor mats.
• Maintain the kitchen and dining room area with a high level of sanitation to minimize foodborne illness and cross-contamination of food.
• Follow set closing procedures.
