- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, walk-in refrigerators, and tile areas in the dining room.
- Wash floor mats.
- Maintain the kitchen and dining room area with a high level of sanitation to minimize foodborne illness and cross-contamination of food.
- Follow set closing procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift objects of fifty pounds or more.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
