About the position

The Dishwasher/Prep Person at The Raccoon is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and assisting with food preparation. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth operation in the restaurant by handling various cleaning and prep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop the kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash dishes and utensils used in food preparation and service.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Follow health and safety regulations while performing duties.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary, but it is a plus.
• Ability to work five days a week, with Mondays and Tuesdays off.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as sweeping and mopping.
