About the position
The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dining ware and kitchen equipment at Kisco Senior Living. This position involves assisting in food preparation and ensuring a hygienic environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities
- Load or unload food service cart.
- Pick up and/or deliver supplies and food.
- Wash/Clean all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc.
- Assist in some aspects of food preparation.
- Assist servers in any dish clearing needs in the dining room.
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen, store room, and other designated areas.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floor as well as walk-ins and other designated areas as needed.
Requirements
- High school graduate preferred.
- 6-8 months of experience in a similar field.
