About the position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at Covington Living, an assisted living facility located in Lehi, UT. This is a part-time position specifically for weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry, where you will also have the chance to interact with our residents and provide them with care and support. In addition to dishwashing duties, you may also assist with food preparation, which includes peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients as needed. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our kitchen and contributes significantly to the overall dining experience of our residents. As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain the cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors, and ensure that trash bins are emptied and waste is disposed of properly. You will also assist with receiving and storing food supplies, following all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment
• Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
