Responsibilities

• Follow all sanitary procedures and standards.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulatory measures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.
• Operate proper cleaning equipment.
• Prioritize pot and dish washing to help with the rotation of needed materials.
• Perform janitorial duties in various dining service areas.

Requirements

• Team player with a sense of humor.
• Math skills and understanding of basic conversions.
• Ability to tare and use a digital scale.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance).
• Position requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday.
• Prefer prior restaurant experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes.
