About the position

The Dishwasher/Utility position at Red Lobster involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant, ensuring that all dishware and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This role supports the kitchen team and contributes to a positive dining experience for guests by adhering to cleanliness and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting the Cooks with prep work and preparation of signature dishes
  • Focusing on team and guest satisfaction in all decisions
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
  • Culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
