About the position
The Dishwasher position at Doubletree Hotel & Conference Center is responsible for ensuring that all cooking utensils and service ware are properly cleaned and available for the kitchen staff. Responsibilities
- Promptly and carefully sort soiled service ware for proper cleaning.
- Keep dish machines properly cleaned and filled with water according to hotel standards.
- Remove trash and boxes, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Maintain and clean the employee cafeteria as outlined by the Chef.
- Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans promptly and completely.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a utility or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of food service and hospitality operations.
