The Dishwasher position at Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar is essential for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. This role involves ensuring that all utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment are clean and sanitized, contributing to a smooth operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities

• Provides clean, sanitized, and spot-free utensils, plate ware, glassware, and equipment for guests.
• Sets up and closes down the dish machine according to proper procedures.
• Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine, troubleshooting malfunctions as needed.
• Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils while adhering to sanitation procedures.
• Gathers boxes and trash from kitchen and dining areas and disposes of them properly.
• Relines cans and returns them to their respective spots; sweeps and mops floors.
• Assists with prep duties when needed and cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift.
• Helps put away food and paper deliveries, following proper stocking procedures.
• Supplies the line with needed items and provides the bar and server stations with ice.
• Completes opening, shift change, and closing checklists, as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties as needed per Coach request.

• Ability to read and write in English.

• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, and able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.
