About the position

As a Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are kept clean and organized. You will safely and correctly operate the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment, and you will be responsible for emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas. In addition to these tasks, you will support the kitchen team by assisting with prep work, including the preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed. Your focus will always be on the team and our guests, ensuring that every decision made prioritizes their experience. You will also be expected to follow all cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant

Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
