As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen, ensuring that our team can deliver the best dining experience to our guests. You will work closely with other kitchen staff, following sanitation guidelines and ensuring that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized. Your attention to detail and commitment to teamwork will help us uphold our legendary service standards. In this position, you will be responsible for operating the dish machine, supervising proper rinse and wash temperatures, and changing water as needed. You will also be tasked with storing and using dish chemicals properly, setting up and organizing the dish racks, and removing trash from the kitchen area. Maintaining proper safety and sanitation practices is essential, and you will be expected to exhibit teamwork in all your interactions with fellow Roadies.
