The Dishwasher/Utility position at Red Lobster involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant while supporting kitchen operations. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen and providing a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
• Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
• Supporting the Cooks with prep work and preparation of signature dishes
• Focusing on team and guest satisfaction by making decisions with their needs in mind
• Following all cleanliness and safety protocols

Requirements

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
• Culinary experience preferred
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
