About the position

As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing and unloading dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment. This position requires a friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills to support the culinary team and enhance the dining experience for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items, complying with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas as required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and support a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.

Requirements

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must display a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Good teamwork and communication skills are required.
