The Dishwasher position at OCI Hospitality is a part-time role focused on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen environment. The role involves washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring that all areas are safe and orderly, and supporting food preparation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
• Places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area.
• Assists in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving as needed.
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
• Cleans hood vents, fryer, and grease trap.
• Cleans dish tank, stainless steel, and drains and ensures correct wash and rinse temperatures.
• Ensures hand soap and hand towel stations are replenished.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
