Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishes and small wares.
- Dispose of trash and remove linen bags.
- Ensure washed items meet rinse and wash temperature criteria.
- Execute Outback's standards on food specifications.
- Follow all food safety standards for guests.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
