• Keep all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces clean and sanitized.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Standing for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Experience cleaning, bussing, putting stock up and working in support of others.
