Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
- Maintain department cleanliness and organization, adhering to safe work and equipment practices, and following all food safety, health, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be able to work a part-time morning schedule.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible work schedule required for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent English communication skills, able to read, write, and speak fluently.
