About The Position

As a Dishwasher at PeopleReady, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, food preparation equipment, and utensils. This role is essential for ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, providing support to cooks and other kitchen staff.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to follow sanitation and safety guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashers and by hand as needed.
• Unload cutlery and dishes brought to the kitchen by Bussers and organize them into trays for washing.
• Scrub kitchen instruments, cutting boards, and knives between orders to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Set up drying racks and place washed dishes in designated areas for easy access by Cooks.
• Wipe down the dish pit and spray the floor mats at the end of the day.
