The Utility Person / Dishwasher at Golden Corral plays a crucial role in ensuring a clean and pleasant dining experience for guests. Responsibilities

• Provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests.
• Clean the inside of the restaurant to maintain a pleasant and safe environment.
• Clean around the outside of the building and the parking lot.
• Check, clean, and stock the restrooms.
• Empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans, and back dock area clean.
• Thoroughly clean and organize the utility area.
• Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met.
• Follow local health department laws.
• Stock Cook, Line, and Server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes.
• Maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness.
• Report equipment and facility problems to the Manager.
