Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas, such as the pantry and dish room.
• Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time, with sufficient regularity.
• Other tasks may be assigned and can vary between accounts, depending on business needs and client requirements.
