About the position

Doughbird is seeking a Dishwasher to join our team at the Inwood Village shopping center in Dallas, TX. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all tableware is available for service. We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to our team culture.

Responsibilities

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
• Keep the dish machine clean and ensure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective.
• Report any problems with the dish machine immediately.
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Ability to work as a team and possess a dynamic personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
